Report a problem

Use Share Feedback in the game's Settings, or email support. Include your device, operating system, app version, language and steps to reproduce the problem. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information.

Saved progress

Progress and rankings are saved locally. They do not synchronize between devices. Clearing app or browser data, uninstalling the app, or resetting your dynasty can remove progress. The browser game and mobile app have separate saves.

Ads and purchases

The upcoming mobile app is free with ads. Its optional Remove Ads purchase is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Your store shows the local price before purchase. Restore Purchases uses the same store account that made the purchase; Apple and Google purchases are separate. Store purchases are not available in the free browser game.

For billing or refunds, use Apple billing support or Google Play refund support.

Languages and controls

Choose English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Sanskrit in Settings. You can also adjust music, sound effects and haptics, or replay the tutorial.
